Client: Network for Learning, New Zealand

Brief – Network for Learning is a government initiative that delivers innovative online services across an ultra-fast broadband network to teachers and learners in all schools around New Zealand. They asked us to create a new identity for them centred on their vision of unleashing learner potential.

Solution – We created an identity and broader visual language that is based on two ideas being, the building blocks of education and “Te Kura Tuku” a treasure shared, where the ‘4’ becomes a portal for learner potential.

For the supporting hero imagery I developed the musical illustration, below, to celebrate this particular student’s potential coming into full fruition through online learning. The fluid movement of music notes form her ultimate goal of performing, and bridge the two worlds of theory and practice. This was one of a series created.
